I’m by no means a doctor or medically trained, so make sure you speak to your doctor before taking or stopping any form of treatment or medication. I won’t discuss any prescription medications on this blog, mainly because I don’t like using them and I don’t think they solve the problem in the long-term.

This blog focuses on natural (i.e. non-pharmaceutical) methods and remedies which can help those suffering from insomnia, disrupted circadian clock cycles, and other sleep issues.
